School has an Education and Career Guidance counsellor, and your child should use them; they know the system and the admission rules. What is often harder is the talk at home: a parent who wants medicine or engineering, a teenager who wants something else, and two people who no longer know how to discuss it without a fight.

That is where this helps. Mr. Chakkaravarthy RK listens to your child first, looks at what they do well and what daily work suits them, then helps the family talk it through with you in Tamil and your child in English, if that is how your home works.
