What Gen Z comes with

None of this means something is wrong with you. It means a lot is going on.

  • Social media and comparison

Scrolling, comparing, and feeling behind everyone online.

  • Phone and late nights

Gaming or scrolling till 3 a.m., and not being able to stop.

  • Overthinking

Replaying conversations, worrying about everything, never switching off.

  • Situationships and breakups

Not knowing what you are, being ghosted, or love failure.

  • Career and job pressure

Placements, the first job, or no idea what you want to do.

  • Self-worth

Not liking yourself much, or not knowing who you are yet.

  • Loneliness

Online all day, surrounded by people, and still alone.

  • Parents who do not get it

Arguments at home, and feeling that nobody listens.

How sessions run

  1. Message first

Start on WhatsApp. Say as much or as little as you want. No forms, no lectures.

  2. A first session

By video, voice call or in person in Neyveli. Talk about what is actually going on.

  3. Make sense of it

The patterns behind the overthinking, the scrolling or the fights at home.

  4. Small changes

Practical things to try between sessions, at your own pace.

Questions people ask

Will my parents know what I say?

What you say in a session is kept confidential. The limits, such as a risk to your safety, are explained at the first session. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian is involved in arranging sessions.

Is this only for students?

No. It is for anyone roughly 13 to 28: school, college, a first job, or somewhere in between.

Can I do it online from my room?

Yes, by video or voice call. Many people find that easier than walking into a building.

How much does a session cost?

Fees depend on the kind and length of session. Ask on WhatsApp and you will be told the fee before anything is booked.

Can we talk in Tamil, or a mix?

Yes. Tamil, English or a mix of both, whatever you actually talk in.
